human resource & social sector organizational development leader, Janice R. Moro. In spring 2022, i&i
will expand as a national agency with a team of over 30, building on its established leadership in trauma-
informed organizational development, trauma-informed human resource systems, and trauma-informed
mentally healthy workplaces. i&i’s team is highly diverse, catalyzing multi-disciplinary talent from across
Canada. i&i is rooted in social justice, anti-oppressive and strengths-based principles. i&i provides

KAREN VINE
Karen Vine is a leader in social sector volunteer excellence. Karen contributes to her community as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Elders and as Co-lead of the Foothills Alliance Church's Grief Care Program. Here Karen is a Mercy Meals team member, a teacher in the church's women's prgrams, and a Grief Care Facilitator. Additionally, Karen lends her passion to food to The Mustard Seed, where she is the Kitchen Director.
