LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We acknowledge that the lands we occupy are rich in the history and modern traditions of Indigenous people.
We acknowledge that our organization operates across Canada on the stolen ancestral lands of the following territories: the Mississaugas of the Credit; part of the Anishinaabe Nation that extends from the Niagara peninsula across Hamilton, Halton and Toronto to the Rouge River Valley; the Territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation; the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee Peoples; the traditional lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dene, Dakota, Lakota, Nakota, and Métis nations; the traditional territories of the Semiahmoo, Katzie, Kwikwetlem, Kwantlen, Qayqayt and Tsawwassen First Nations.
We thank the above First Nations Communities for sharing their traditional territory with us.
We also recognize the enduring presence of Indigenous people on this land that has been here from Time Immemorial.

We recognize that colonialism and intergenerational trauma has silence Indigenous voices for far too long. With this in mind, we encourage you to see out the man inspiring Indigenous-led organizations in Canada and support the extraordinary work of Indigenous leaders working across this land.
